Union Minister of State Bandi Sanjay Kumar, in a written reply to the Lok Sabha, stated that over 12,000 e-Zero First Information Reports (FIRs) were registered against cyber financial fraud across 18 states and Union Territories (UTs) in 2025.
Delhi recorded the highest number of e-Zero FIRs with 6,115, followed by Chandigarh, Uttarakhand, Goa, and Rajasthan.
