The Gujarat government has signed an MoU with the Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd (HUDCO) for long-term financing of up to ₹1 lakh crore to support high-impact transit, highway, and smart city development projects across the state.
The Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) and NBCC (India) Limited, both under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), have signed two MoUs for urban redevelopment and asset monetisation in Delhi.
The agreements are valid for a period of 2 years.
