The ‘High Performers’ category includes 11 states and UTs, such as Gujarat, Kerala, Maharashtra, Puducherry, and J&K. The ‘Accelerators’ category includes 18 states and UTs, such as Punjab, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Ladakh, and Lakshadweep. West Bengal, Rajasthan, Sikkim, and the Andaman & Nicobar Islands are categorized as ‘Growth-Seekers’.
