The Telangana government, through the Hyderabad Metro Rail Ltd (HMRL), has signed a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Larsen & Toubro Ltd (L&T) and L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Ltd (LTMRHL).
