Adani Enterprises Ltd (AEL) and International Resources Holding (IRH), a part of the International Holding Company (IHC) group, have signed an MoU with the Odisha government on setting up an integrated greenfield aluminium project with an investment of $11.5 billion (₹1.08 lakh crore).
The Maharashtra government has signed MoUs with four key companies, namely NTPC Ltd (NTPC), Adani Power Ltd (APL), Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL), and Lalitpur Power Generation Company Ltd (LPGCL), in Mumbai to attract investments worth ₹6.5 lakh crore for the development of nuclear energy projects.
These projects are projected to establish a total power generation capacity of 25,400 megawatts (MW).
Adani Power has signed agreements to acquire a 24% stake in Jaiprakash Power Ventures Ltd (JPVL) and thermal assets from Jaiprakash Associates for ₹4,193.59 crore. The acquisition is part of a resolution plan approved by the Competition Commission of India (CCI) and upheld by the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT).
The Indian Army has inducted two indigenous combat systems named the UAV-Launched Precision Guided Munition (ULPGM) and the AGNIKAA VTOL-1 (Vertical Take-Off and Landing) First-Person View (FPV) Kamikaze Drone. These were procured from Adani Defence & Aerospace Limited under the Emergency Procurement-6 (EP-6).
The induction followed successful high-altitude and Electronic Warfare (EW) trials conducted in the presence of officials from the Western Command of the IA. The ULPGM, co-developed by the DRDO and Adani Defence & Aerospace Ltd, is the first indigenous loitering munition of India, while the AGNIKAA VTOL-1 is the first FPV kamikaze drone of India in its category.
